What are linen and jute lights?
Linen & jute lights are sewn from cloth. We use pure, natural linen and two-toned European jute, treating both with water-based textile hardener.
the idea
Our linen & jute lights are similar in form and finish to our bel+bo collection. Trying to develop light objects without a supporting construction that would lend stability, we experimented with a lot of different materials before finally succeeding in defying gravity.
shapes and designs
We were thrilled by the effect of these natural materials, whose colour and texture makes for a warm and atmospheric light. The design emphasizes the construction by highlighting the seams in different ways and so combines delicate details with an impressive shape. Each linen & jute light is a unique piece, the result of fine craftsmanship and a refined manufacturing process – almost like a piece of high fashion.
Linen & jute lights are available in two different shapes – round (boule) and oval (cocon) – and various stitch-designs.

The linen lights are available in two different cocon sizes (s/m) and in one boule size (s). The jute lights are available in three cocon sizes (s/m/l) and in two boule sizes (s/m). If you are unsure about the size that is best for you just email us. We’re happy to help!
